2. Burnout
- A state of emotiona,l physical and mental exhaustions caused by prolong stress or frustration.
Burnout can lead to a loss of motivation, decrease productivity and negative feelings towards
work or other activities
3. Anxiety
- A feeling of unease such as worry or fear that can be mild or severe. Anxiety can be caused by
a variety of factors including stress, genetics or environmental factors.
4. Depression
- A mental health disorder that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event.
Symptoms of PTSD can include flashbacks, nightmares and avoidance of situations that can
trigger memories of the traumatic event.
6. Coping Mechanism
- A strategy or behavior used to manage stress or difficult emotions. Coping mechanism can be
healthy such as exercise or meditation or unhealthy such as substance abuse or self harm.
Psychologist are trained professionals who help individuals deal with stress and other mental
health issues through various forms of therapy.
2. Counselor
Counselors work with individuals and groups to help them manage stress and other mental
health issues. They may work in schools, community centers or private practice.
3. Social Worker
Social workers help individuals and families deal with stress by providing counseling, case
management and advocacy services.
4. Life Coach
Life coaches work with individuals to help them seat goals manage stress and improve their
overall well being.
