    INSTRUCTIONS IN FILLING OUT THE AUTOMATED SF9 & 10 GENERATOR

    1. ENTRY THE NAME OF THE LEARNERS IN REFERENCE SHEET (G )AND (B). NAME OF SECTION
    MUST BE THE SAME FOR REFERENCE (G) AND (B).

    2. PROCEED TO GRADES INPUT SHEET. AND SUPPLY THE LRN, BDAY, SEX AND NAME as Last Name,
    First Name, Middle Name and Suffix. Those with green highlight must be filled out accordingly.

    3. Input the Grades. All subjects must be filled out aside from “MAPEH” but instead fill ou the 4
    component. MAPEH grades is automatically computed.
    4. Print and edit the information below for the GRADE SHEET and for sf9 and 10.
    5. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DATA BEFORE PRINTING.
