My Learning Log – Week 4

Write 2-3 sentences for each question.

What did you learn about this week? (think about the listening and reading activities you did)

On this week, the topic relates to “Technology”, so I learned about numerous interesting inventions and
advanced words from the reading. About the listening I also did many forms: multiple-choice, form
completion, labeling map.

What was the most interesting thing you learned?

The most interesting thing I learned is that it was the first time I did a new section 3 of the listening, and
I found it interesting to listen the new form: proportion and graphics.

What did you find the most challenging in class? Why?

I think listening is the most difficult part of this week. This is because, I am not good at listening to the
direction and choose correct places on map. When I miss one, I will miss all the answer after.

How do you think you have improved this week?

When I finished the weekly test, I knew that my reading has improved than last week. I still have some
mistakes, so I will practice more on it.
What will you focus on improving next week?

Next week, I will have the mid-term exam, so I think I will spend more time to review the speaking and
writing topic. Maybe I will do some extra listening.

What new vocabulary (words, collocations, idioms) did you learn this week?
