Remarks Dear Sir With Reference to Order Under Section 271(1)(c) of the
Income Tax Act ,1961 dated 29.06.2018 , I state that the
Concerned Property which have been purchased for Rs.5,79,950/-
(Market Value Rs.9,20,00/- as per Registered Deed ), I would like
to inform you that the Concerned Property was situated at
Ganges Mall at Tatmill Chauraha ,Kanpur . It is aware to general
public that since the Inaugration of the Mall most the shops were
lying vacant and the shops are being given on rent at very nominal
prices .As on date the situation is that almost all the shops
including mine are closed and only shop holder having road face
shops are carrying their business . I am enclosing herewith the pic
of the Shop and nearest Area during business hour for your kind
reference . Moreover I have also put on Sale of my shop at the
Purchase price itself since Last 4-5 Years at Purchase Price itself
but no purchaser interested for the purchase of the same . If
therefore request you to please consider the situation and
circumstances and drop the proceedings .Moreover If required i
will request you to appoint an independent valuer for valuation of
