    Program Description: In ICT/CSS it is quite important to know and understand
    the proper use and where to use of hand tools and get more
    information about every single of them before start using them, it
    is essential to avoid accidents and maintain them in the workplace.
    Using the right tool for a particular task ensures that the job gets
    done faster and more easily. The right choice of tool usually also
    improves the quality of the finished product. For every job there is
    the right tool.

    It is important to learn because in our program which is


    BTVTED-ICT involves proper usage of hand tools to accomplish
    a specific task and also to ensure the safety of the user and also to
    avoid damages on the equipment.

    Level of Management/ The training of the Senior High School students will be held
    Duration/Mode of Delivery/ at the MRDA Academic Inc. The training will be a 3-4 hours. It
    will be a face-to-face training.

    Competencies: Upon completion of this chapter, you will be able to answer the
    following questions:
    1. What are safe working conditions and procedures?
    2. What procedures help protect equipment and data?
    3. What procedures help to properly dispose of hazardous
    computer components and related material?
    4. What tools and software are used with personal computer
    components and what is their purpose?
    5. What is proper tool use?

    Outputs: Most of the students know how to use the proper hand tools and
    where to use it.

    Organizational Outcome: The results will help them to gain more knowledge not only on
    how to use it but to especially they know how to fix a problem
    with the right tools.

    Development Impact: They will no longer ask anyone to help them fix their problem
    because they already know how to fix it.
