 Why Arts
Integration at
Dowell?
Dowell Elementary received Cobb County STEAM
Certification in February of 2022. Our staff and
students embraced the integration of arts and
content during our STEAM certification process.

With the addition of the Arts Now Grant and the

addition of professional learning opportunities for our
teachers through Arts for All, our staff made a
collective decision to continue integrating STEAM
and narrowing our focus to Arts Integration.
