Ayatul kursi ۚ ‫ٱهَّلل ُ ٓاَل ِإلَ ٰـهَ ِإاَّل هُ َو ْٱل َح ُّى ْٱلقَيُّو ُم ۚ اَل تَْأ ُخ ُذ ۥهُ ِسنَ ۭةٌ َواَل نَوْ ۭ ٌم‬ Allah—there is no god except Him—is the Living 255-257
‫ض ۗ َمن َذا ٱلَّ ِذى‬ ِ ْ‫ت َو َما فِى ٱَأْلر‬ ِ ‫لَّ ۥهُ َما فِى ٱل َّس َم ٰـ ٰ َو‬ One, the All-sustainer. Neither drowsiness befalls Surah Baqarah
ۖ ‫يَ ْشفَ ُع ِعن َد ٓۥهُ ِإاَّل بِِإ ْذنِِۦه ۚ يَ ْعلَ ُم َما بَيْنَ َأ ْي ِدي ِه ْم َو َما خ َْلفَهُ ْم‬ Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the
heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it
‫َى ۢ ٍء ِّم ْن ِع ْل ِم ِٓۦه ِإاَّل بِ َما شَٓا َء ۚ َو ِس َع‬
ْ ‫َواَل ي ُِحيطُونَ بِش‬
that may intercede with Him except with His
‫ض ۖ َواَل يَـُٔو ُد ۥهُ ِح ْفظُهُ َما ۚ َوهُ َو‬ َ ْ‫ت َوٱَأْلر‬ ِ ‫ُكرْ ِسيُّهُ ٱل َّس َم ٰـ ٰ َو‬ permission? He knows what is before them and
‫ْٱل َعلِ ُّى ْٱل َع ِظي ُم‬ what is behind them, and they do not comprehend
anything of His knowledge except what He wishes.
‫َى ۚ فَ َمن‬ِّ ‫ِّين ۖ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ ٱلرُّ ْش ُد ِمنَ ْٱلغ‬ ِ ‫ٓاَل ِإ ْك َراهَ فِى ٱلد‬ His seat embraces the heavens and the earth and
‫ك بِ ْٱلعُرْ َو ِة‬
َ ‫ت َويُْؤ ِم ۢن بِٱهَّلل ِ فَقَ ِد ٱ ْستَ ْم َس‬ِ ‫يَ ْكفُرْ بِٱلطَّ ٰـ ُغو‬ He is not wearied by their preservation, and He is
the All-exalted, the All-supreme. There is no
‫هَّلل‬
‫صا َم لهَا ۗ َوٱ ُ َس ِمي ٌع َعلِي ٌم‬ َ َ ِ‫ْٱل ُو ْثقَ ٰى اَل ٱنف‬
compulsion in religion: rectitude has become
۟ ُ‫ٱهَّلل ُ َولِ ُّى ٱلَّ ِذينَ َءامن‬ distinct from error. So one who disavows fake
‫ت ِإلَى‬ ُّ َ‫وا ي ُْخ ِر ُجهُم ِّمن‬
ِ ‫ٱلظلُ َم ٰـ‬ َ deities and has faith in Allah has held fast to the
‫وت ي ُْخ ِرجُونَهُم‬ ُ ‫ور ۖ َوٱلَّ ِذينَ َكفَر ُٓو ۟ا َأوْ لِيَٓاُؤ هُ ُم ٱلطَّ ٰـ ُغ‬ِ ُّ‫ٱلن‬ firmest handle for which there is no breaking; and
‫ار ۖ هُ ْم‬ َّ ‫َأ‬ ٓ َ ‫ُأ‬
َ ‫ت ۗ ۟ول ٰـِئ‬ ُ ُّ َ ُّ Allah is all-hearing, all-knowing. Allah is the wali of
ِ ‫ك صْ َحـٰبُ ٱلن‬ ِ ‫ور ِإلى ٱلظل َم ٰـ‬ ِ ‫ِّمنَ ٱلن‬
َ‫فِيهَا َخ ٰـلِ ُدون‬ the faithful: He brings them out of darkness into
light. As for the faithless, their awliya are the fake
deities, who drive them out of light into darkness.
They shall be the inmates of the Fire, and they will
remain in it [forever].

Ayah Mubahila ‫ك ِمنَ ْٱل ِع ْل ِم فَقُلْ تَ َعالَوْ ۟ا‬ َ ‫ك فِي ِه ِم ۢن بَ ْع ِد َما َجٓا َء‬ َ ‫فَ َم ْن َحٓا َّج‬ Should anyone argue with you concerning him, Verse 61
‫ع َأ ْبنَٓا َءنَا َوَأ ْبنَٓا َء ُك ْم َونِ َسٓا َءنَا َونِ َسٓا َء ُك ْم َوَأنفُ َسنَا‬
ُ ‫نَ ْد‬ after the knowledge that has come to you, then say: Chapter 3 (Ale
َ‫َوَأنفُ َس ُك ْم ث َّم نَ ْبتَ ِهلْ فَنَجْ َعل ل ْعنَتَ ٱ ِ َعلَى ٱل َك ٰـ ِذبِين‬
ْ ‫هَّلل‬ َّ ُ ‘Come! Let us call our sons and your sons, our Imran)
women and your women, our souls and your souls,
then let us pray earnestly and call down Allah’s
curse upon the liars’.

Ayah Ghadeer ُ ‫ت لَ ُك ْم ِدينَ ُك ْم َوَأ ْت َم ْم‬

‫ت َعلَ ْي ُك ْم نِ ْع َمتِى‬ ُ ‫ْٱليَوْ َم َأ ْك َم ْل‬ “This day have I perfected for you your religion and Surah
ۚ ‫يت لَ ُك ُم ٱِإْل ْسلَ ٰـ َم ِدي ۭنًا‬ ُ ‫ض‬ ِ ‫َو َر‬ completed My favour on you and chosen for you al-Ma`idah 5:3
Islam as a religion.”

Ayah Muwaddat ۗ ‫قُل ٓاَّل َأ ْسـَٔلُ ُك ْم َعلَ ْي ِه َأجْ رًا ِإاَّل ْٱل َم َو َّدةَ فِى ْٱلقُرْ بَ ٰى‬ Say (O’ Mohammad), I do not ask of you any 42:23 (Shu’ara)
recompense for it, save love of (my) relatives (near
of kin)

Ayah Tatheer ِ ‫س َأ ْه َل ْٱلبَ ْي‬

‫ت‬ َ ‫ِإنَّ َما ي ُِري ُد ٱهَّلل ُ لِي ُْذ ِه‬
َ ْ‫ب عَن ُك ُم ٱلرِّج‬ Allah only desires to keep away the uncleanness Ahzab (3) ayat
ْ ‫َويُطَهِّ َر ُك ْم ت‬
‫َط ِهي ۭ ًرا‬ from you, O people of the House! and to purify you 33
a (thorough) purifying.

Ayah Wilayat َ‫ِإنَّ َما َولِيُّ ُك ُم هَّللا ُ َو َرسُولُهُ َوالَّ ِذينَ آ َمنُوا الَّ ِذينَ يُقِي ُمون‬ Only Allah is your Wali (master) and His Messenger Verse 55
َ‫صاَل ةَ َويُْؤ تُونَ ال َّزكَاةَ َوهُ ْم َرا ِكعُون‬ َّ ‫ال‬ and those who believe, those who keep up prayers Chapter 5
and pay the poor-rate while they bow. (Maidah)

‫ُأ‬
Ayah Tabligh ‫ك ۖ وَِإن لَّ ْم‬
َ ِّ‫ك ِمن َّرب‬ َ ‫نز َل ِإلَ ْي‬ِ ‫يَ ٰـَٓأيُّهَا ٱل َّرسُو ُل بَلِّ ْغ َمٓا‬ “O Messenger! Deliver what has been revealed to Surah
‫اس ۗ ِإ َّن‬ِ َّ‫ك ِمنَ ٱلن‬ ِ ‫تَ ْف َعلْ فَ َما بَلَّ ْغتَ ِر َسالَتَ ۥهُ ۚ َوٱهَّلل ُ يَع‬
َ ‫ْص ُم‬ you from your Lord; and if you do not, then you al-Ma`idah
َ‫ٱهَّلل َ اَل يَ ْه ِدى ْٱلقَوْ َم ْٱل َك ٰـفِ ِرين‬ have not delivered His message, and Allah will 5:67
protect you from the people; surely Allah will not
guide the unbelieving people.”

Ayah Noor ‫ورِۦه َك ِم ْشك َٰو ۢ ٍة‬ ِ ُ‫ض ۚ َمثَ ُل ن‬ ِ ْ‫ت َوٱَأْلر‬ ِ ‫ٱهَّلل ُ نُو ُر ٱل َّس َم ٰـ ٰ َو‬ Allah is the light of the heavens and the earth; a al-Nur, 24:35
‫ٱلز َجا َجةُ َكَأنَّهَا‬ ُّ ۖ ‫فِيهَا ِمصْ بَا ٌح ۖ ْٱل ِمصْ بَا ُح فِى ُز َجا َج ٍة‬ likeness of His light is as a niche in which is a lamp,
‫ُرِّىٌّ يُوقَ ُد ِمن َش َج َر ۢ ٍة ُّمبَ ٰـ َر َك ۢ ٍة َز ْيتُونَ ٍة اَّل‬
ۢ ٌۭ ‫َكوْ ك‬ the lamp is in a glass, (and) the glass is as it were a
ۭ ‫َب د‬
ۢ brightly shining star, lit from a blessed olive-tree,
ُ‫ُض ٓى ُء َولَوْ لَ ْم تَ ْم َس ْسه‬ ِ َ ‫ي‬ ‫ا‬ ‫ه‬ ُ ‫ت‬‫ي‬ْ َ
‫ز‬ ُ
‫د‬ ‫َا‬
‫ك‬ ‫ي‬ ‫ة‬
َ ٍ ِ َّ ‫ي‬‫ب‬ ْ‫َر‬‫غ‬ ‫اَل‬‫و‬َ ٍ ۢ َّ‫شَرْ قِي‬
‫ة‬
neither eastern nor western, the oil whereof
ِ ُ‫ور ۗ يَ ْه ِدى ٱهَّلل ُ لِن‬
ۚ ‫ورِۦه َمن يَشَٓا ُء‬ ٍ ۢ ُ‫نَا ۭ ٌر ۚ نُّو ٌر َعلَ ٰى ن‬ almost gives light though fire touch it not – light
 ‫َى ٍء َعلِي ۭ ٌم‬ ِ َّ‫َويَضْ ِربُ ٱهَّلل ُ ٱَأْل ْمثَ ٰـ َل لِلن‬
ْ ‫اس ۗ َوٱهَّلل ُ بِ ُكلِّ ش‬ upon light – Allah guides to His light whom He
pleases, and Allah sets forth parables for men, and
Allah is Cognizant of all things.

Ayah Salawaat َ‫صلُّونَ َعلَى ٱلنَّبِ ِّى ۚ يَ ٰـَٓأيُّهَا ٱلَّ ِذين‬ َ ُ‫ِإ َّن ٱهَّلل َ َو َملَ ٰـِٓئ َكتَ ۥهُ ي‬ “Verily Allah and His angels send blessings on the Surah Ahzab
۟ ِّ ۟ ُّ‫صل‬
‫وا َعلَ ْي ِه َو َسل ُموا تَ ْسلِي ًما‬ َ ‫وا‬ ۟ ُ‫َءامن‬ Prophet, O you who believe! Send you also (33) Ayah 56
َ
blessings on him, and you salute him with
submission.

Ayah Laylat Al ‫ت اللَّـ ِه َو‬ َ ْ‫اس َمن ی ْش ِری نَ ْف َسهُ ا ْبتِغَا َء َمر‬
ِ ‫ضا‬ ِ َّ‫َو ِمنَ الن‬ And among the people is he who sells his soul, Surah Baqarah
mabit ْ
‫اللَّـهُ َر ُءوفٌ بِال ِعبَاد‬ seeking the pleasure of Allah, and Allah is most 2:207
kind to [His] servants.
