1. One Hand Point is shown in FCI Line ahead of SH-30
(Fixed On Shunt/ Dummy Shunt) but physically there is
no Hand Point (Non-interlocked) on this line. This needs

4. Several lines of the yard at both ends have been
dismantled owing to yard remodeling in connection with
3rd line work but no any Temporary Instruction for the TDC-31.03.24
same has been issued (Deficiency-34 )
5. PQRS Siding Line No. 01 & 02 and MalajKhand Siding
taking off from PQRS siding No. 03 is neither maintained
nor in use. Track is completely covered under bushes
and not visible apparently. Future use of these lines to
be examined and if not required, may be removed.

a) The yard gradient shall be prominently displayed in
yard diagram available in SM's Room/Control Panel. But
the same is not complied (Deficiency-8).
