Slow/ Nil Progress:

1. Non availability of comcaster materials & Concrete disturbance frame for further continue the works.
2. Delay in implementing RFID & barcode systems for Tunnel rings.
3. Double tyier stacking no work carried out .
4. TBM lubricant shed no work carried out .
5. Trial ring assembly – Second layer assembly no work carried out .

Safety & Environment Issues

1. Electrical cables to be routed properly inside the casting shed.
2. Proper drainage way to be provided at entire site.
3. Need to clean entire drain and proper discharge way to be provided.
4. Need to housekeeping for inside of main road at casting yard.
5. Need to improve for surrounding of batching plant area in storm water drainage facilities.
6. Scrap materials need to be removed from site.
