The student provides feedback on a building critique activity, noting that the roof deck is surrounded by tall residential towers that block light and views, some amenities are difficult to find and scattered around the central park in an unorganized way, and most of the residential units, especially the studio units, are too small to be livable or have proper space for activities. Overall, the student questions the habitability and comfort of the units, feeling they were designed to be small to maximize rental income over tenant well-being.

1. Building Design The only thing that I noticed about the building design is the way the vertical masses are located. The roof deck is surrounded by the tall mass of the residential towers, preventing it from fully catching the outdoor light or view. However, it is good for privacy in such a way that it prevents other buildings from taking a peek on what is happening on the roof deck. But in my opinion, privacy can be easily solved without stopping the outdoor elements to come through the roof deck. 2. Amenities Design Some amenities can be hard to find, it felt like a maze since the amenities are scattered around the central park. I personally think that it can be oriented in a more organized way. The al fresco is too restricted inside, it does not feel like an al fresco. The play room is too small, especially with the billiard pool, there is no proper clearance to move around or do the desired activities inside. 3. Units Design Studio type is too small to even have a bed space in it. The only unit with a reasonable size is the 2 bedrooms with balcony. 4. Over-All Development Overall, the park is somewhat restrictive to some outdoor elements. Some amenities lose their purpose due to location and inadequate sizes. Most residential units are too small to move around, it made me question about its habitability. It felt like the units are purposely designed to be small in order to increase the number of rentable units, but I personally think that the well-being and comfort of the tenants should come first before the interest of the company.
