I. Title of the Activity

VALENTINE’S DAY 2024: A Day To CeLOVErate!

II. Target Participants / Beneficiaries

Target Participants

Mendez-Nuñez National High School students, stakeholders, and educators are

all expected to participate in the recommended activity, which aims to assure the activity's
success.

Beneficiaries
One of the customs that everyone observes in February is this activity. One
advantage of the love celebration for the students is that they will be able to value love's spirit
even more. In addition, each kid will be happy about any activity that is stated, and lastly,
they will learn something important.
III. Proposed Date, Time of Event and Venue

The proposed activities shall all be held actually in the whole duration of the
14th day of February 2024. The said event will be held at Mendez-Nuñez National High
School. The event will start at 2:30 until 4:20 in the afternoon.

DRESS TO IMPRESS

In thereby maintaining with the annual Valentine's Day celebration, the

MNNHS students will be color-coordinating for the occasion. By donning the agreed-upon
colors, the students will be able to convey as well as show their true feelings, which will make
them beam with joy as what they put on can likewise represent and interpret what they really
desire to convey. Following are the color coordinates:

Red - In Love

Yellow – Situationship / Talking stage

Green - Rejected

Blue - Friendzone
 Pink - Admiring from afar

Gray - Ghosted

Violet - M.U (Mutual Understanding)

White - Single

Orange - Rebound

Brown - Broken hearted / umaasa

Maroon - Marupok

Stripes - Mix Signals

Uniform - Killjoy

CUPID’S HEART BOXES

Cupid's heart boxes are enchanted vessels that possess the ability to
delicately convey your letter to the person you deem as your cherished someone. You
can find these boxes at both faculties, in the Mendez-Nuñez National High School
(MNNHS) building and the Pedro Alegre Aure Senior High School (PAASHS) building. No
matter where you drop the letter, you don't need to worry about it getting delivered to an
inappropriate owner because the Supreme Student Learner Government authorities will
be playing cupid on this approaching Hearts Day and delivering the letters. Since your
identity will remain anonymous, you are free to write anything you like in the letters, but
remember to take the necessary safeguards to come across as polite. The dropping of
letters would start on February 13, 2024.

FEB-IBIG DP BLAST
The SSLG officers would also provide the MNNHS students access to a DP
blast—an addition to the depicted profile picture on numerous social media platforms. This
would merely be a justification for how we are sincerely commemorating Valentine's Day in
our hearts.

V. Rationale

Through later folk traditions, this particular event—which began as a Christian

feast day honoring a martyr named Valentine—also evolved into a huge cultural,
religious, and economic celebration of passion and love in many parts of the world.
Valentine's Day represents friendship, love, and kindness—all the virtues that students
should be encouraged to cultivate in their education. By organizing elaborate activities
planned by our officers, we can make this day special in our school and enable everyone
to fully enjoy the positive energy. This day gives everyone the chance to express their
special feelings for their special someone, be it a friend, someone we look up to, a
deceased loved one, etc. It's also a chance for everyone to express their gratitude and
admiration for any generosity or favors they have received from others. The lovely SSLG
officers will spearhead this productive day and organize a day of events to mark the
occasion in order to give this important day even more significance.

VI. Objectives
The said events intend to make Valentine’s Day a wonderful and joyous occasion for each
and every MNNHS student. In addition, they can have a lifetime memories together in this
way. The objective of the organization is to:

- To make Valentine’s Day entertaining and foster departmental unity.

- To make every MNNHS student happy as they celebrate Valentine’s Day.
- To Cultivate a relationship and sense of community among learners.
- Honor passionate love, camaraderie, and respect.

- Dropping off messages in the Cupid’s heart boxes.

VIII. Expected Output

The activity will be conducted in an enclosed and well-organized manner by the
Supreme Secondary Learner Government. This activity will be actively participated in and
supervised by the entire school administration, student body, and faculty members.
