Dear Ms. Grace,


We are pleased to submit our proposal and price quotation for the above-mentioned subject:

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

70% Upon approval of proposal and price quotation (Full payment required for shipping the unit)
20% Progress billing
10% Payment upon completion

CONTRACT PRICE:

One Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php1,755,000.00) based on labor and materials.

PERIOD OF COMPLETION:

Approximately, Ninety (90) WORKING DAYS which includes assembly time, shipping, delivery, supply and
installation of one (1) unit home lift elevator subject to receipt of the downpayment, under normal and ordinary
condition, availability of electric current and excluding causes, events and happenings beyond the control of the
contractor such as, but not limited to work stoppages and delays not due to the fault of the contractor, civil
disturbance, transport disturbance, power failure, fire, hidden defects, strikes, floods, earthquake, force majeure
and other acts of God. The work is deemed completed in good running condition by the contractor in the presence
of the owner or his representative.
*** Timeframe: 60 days shipping and delivery, and 30 days for supply and installation

FOR OWNER’S ACCOUNT:

 Security guard or representative to be entrusted with the custody of the unit, parts, and accessories
 To provide adequate space within the building. If possible, for the safekeeping of tools and equipment
and materials.
 To secure government permit and licenses for the installation of the unit.

FREE SERVICE AND WARRANTY:

Six (6) months warranty from the date of completion against defect in workmanship under normal
and diligent use and operations excluding negligence, misuse, and tampering, provided that no person
or entity shall be allowed to make adjustment or repair the unit during the warranty period without the
written of the contractor, after the warranty period, a separate maintenance and service agreement
shall be entered into between the parties.
