HSE Guideline for Contractor Sites-General

With the reference to the above noted subject,

Consultant reminds Contractor that at Dammam 1
site that no approved HSE Engineer is available on
site who can control and give proper supervision.
Consultant will not accept any more unsafe act and
condition due to poor supervision.

The contractor still didn’t provide approved HSE

Engineer for the Dammam 1 project which is totally
unacceptable.

Therefore, the ILF is informing the contractor to

provide approved HSE Engineer who should be
available at site and participate in each HSE
