Critical Safety Issues:

No rest shelter is available at site and the workers are sitting on asphalt and in
sand, where there is a possibility of venomous and dangerous snakes bites,
as many times it has been observed in other sites, so we should be careful.

with full body harness. Stop
the work and provide all man
with full body harness

Observation: No rest shelter is available
for workers and workers
are resting in sandy area
where there is a risk of
poisonous snake bitten.

Required Action: CWC need to provide rest

shelter immediately.
