Sub: Draft contract of one-year operation and maintenance service

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your oral confirmation on our quotation and the relative contract conditions of one-year
operation & maintenance service of KNPS on Jan.4, 2010. Additionally, you expressed that the draft
contract conditions will be provided to us soon. However, we have not received it so far.

Considering it needs time for us to get some preparation for the project, such as organization and
mobilization of the O&M personnel, acquainting them with the circumstance of KNPS, we request to
sign the contract ASAP. Your cooperation of offering the draft contract in softcopy promptly will be
highly appreciated.
