Rules and Regulations

1. Discussion Meeting Rooms

The following meeting rooms shall be used according to the session being taken:

2. Definitions

Forum shall include any communications via the Telegram group, Google Mail, and Moodle
Platform.
Council shall mean the governing council of the Forum.
Course shall mean the duration of the challenge that the challenger is undergoing.

3. Duration

The duration of the challenge shall be as stipulated - 30 to 60 days. The exact date of starting
of the challenge shall be 25th of November, 2023. Challengers can join the challenge till 29th of
November, 2023. No candidate shall normally be allowed to join the challenge late. Under
exceptional circumstances, however, the council may allow a candidate to join late, not more
than 15 days. Proper and reasonable justification should be given. The period of delay shall

not be compensated by any extra period of challenge. However, the challenger(s) shall put in
extra efforts to make up for the time loss.

4. Leave and Abstention

1. A challenger who is having health issues, or undergoing an internship/job during his

tenure at the challenge, shall be allowed leave and access of material. A proper justification
shall be provided via mail or in person.
2. No other leave as except otherwise provided in this rule shall be permissible without a
proper explanation/justification through mail.

5. Attendance, Time Keeping and Conduct

1. Every challenger shall be able to submit all the daily tasks within the mentioned due date.
2. He/she shall maintain utmost punctuality in time keeping.
3. The challenger can join the discussion events as per his/her wish. However, no late
coming shall be allowed. The challenger, if wants to join a discussion, shall join within 5
minutes of the commencement of the discussion.
4. Every challenger shall be able to attempt all the weekly tests without thinking about the
marks.
5. Every challenger shall be able to attempt the mock interviews scheduled every week
without thinking about the result.

Termination from the Group and Restriction of Material Access:

1. During the challenge, the candidate shall strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the
challenge.
2. Violation of any rules and regulations shall amount to misconduct and the candidate may
be terminated.
3. There will be an activity check every week that decides whether the candidate shall be
allowed to continue in the challenge or be terminated. The activity score is calculated as
follows:
a) Number of Tests every week = 4
i. Each test will contribute a 2.5 score.
ii. All the four tests combined shall contribute a score of 10.
b) Number of Mock Interviews every week = 1
i. A mock interview shall contribute a score of 10.

 c) Number of Tasks every week = 5
i. Each task shall contribute a score of 2.
ii. All tasks combined shall contribute a score of 10.
4. To calculate the overall activity score, average will be taken for the three above-mentioned
activities.
5. A candidate with an acitivity score of 4.9 or less shall be terminated from the challenge and
his/her access to the reference material shall be restricted.
