2. It is to inform that incompliance of interim order dated 07.12.2023 passed by
the Hon’ble High Court in subject cited case Shri Vijay Khokhar S/o Shri Rameshwar the
applicant- appellant has been taken back in this office on the post of clerk vide this office
order memo no. Dulb/Admn/2A/2024/4982 dated 28.02.2024 (copy enclosed) till the final
outcome of the case filed by him.
It is therefore, requested that the Hon’ble High Court may please be apprised
of accordingly on the next date of hearing i.e. 23.04.2024.
