Interconnecting Road
Interior subdivision project

Parking requirements
• Parking slot must be computed at 2.5
meters by 5.0 meters for perpendicular
or diagonal parking and at 2.15 meters
by 6.0 meters for parallel parking.

Water system
• If public water supply system is not
available, the developer shall provide
for an independent water supply system
with minimum quantity requirement of
150 liters per capita per day.
• Communal well, may be located
strategically for ease and convenience in
fetching water but not closer than 300
meters from each other.
