Subject: About suggesting Rates for Festival Decoration

Reference: Tender Notice No: DGVCL/Corp./Civil/Festival-Decoration/152

Dear Sir,

Regarding your tender notice for Festival Decoration, the rates listed in the tender are exceedingly low
when compared to current market prices, and work at such low rates is not economically feasible.

The following are suggested rates for the works,

1. For the Labour charges for (a) providing various colour shade focus light with 40 nos light series
on Independence Day and Republic Day to Corporate Office uilding (b) providing flag stage, speakers,
dais, Decorative cloth patta, table counter & sound system for each ocassion, as per instruction of EIC is
Rs.75000.00 (Subject to Detailed Information for Items & Material required at site), and

2. Tender rate for Labour charges for providing various colour shade series & focus light on diwali
and other ocassion to DGVCL Corporate Office building at Kapodra Surat as per instruction of EIC is
Rs.45000.00 (Subject to Detailed Information for Items & Material required at site).
