Globally, Sightglass Coffee, located at 270 Seventh Street in San Francisco
(California), is chosen as one of the top coffee shops in the world. As a cafe located
in the city with the most coffee shops per capita in the US, Sightglass does have a lot
of competition. They are the best for their exceptional coffee and dining experience.
Sightglass coffee comprises the production roastery, a vibrant open coffee bar, and a
community gathering space. This coffee house is a dynamic, open espresso bar, and
they have their specialty coffees sourced from all over the world specifically for this
location. It has a community hub, a place to enjoy beautiful coffees, meet friends, or
have a quiet time during the day. The best-selling and variety of coffees at Sightglass
Coffee are Espresso Owl’s Howl: Espresso Owl’s Howl is served in a pack of 12oz
for $18 per pack and only $15.30 per pack for subscribed customers. Espresso Owl’s
Howl taste notes are Cacao Nib, Stone Fruit, and Candied Orange Peel.
In the Philippines, Antipolo, known for its stunning views, boasts various
restaurants and cafes, including Kaulayaw Coffee. Positioned along the picturesque
Antipolo Ridge, Kaulayaw Café has quickly become a sought-after dining spot
specializing in locally sourced coffee. Given the pandemic, individuals prefer open-air
dining venues with natural vistas over enclosed mall-based restaurants. The term
“Kaulayaw” translates to “close companion,” this café offers a relaxing space where
visitors can enjoy a cup of coffee or sample local craft beer during their road trips.
With its open-air dining area on the third floor, guests are treated to breathtaking
views of Rizal’s verdant landscapes and the bustling skyline of Metro Manila. Located
alongside Sumulong Highway in Antipolo City, Kaulayaw Café stands adjacent to the
soon-to-be-opened Starbucks the Ridge branch. However, the prospect of its
opening raises concerns about potential traffic congestion in the area. A small
business operates this homegrown café to support local entrepreneurs and farmers.
Its well-designed interiors exude a charm reminiscent of the establishments
commonly found in Baguio or Tagaytay. Visitors can pair the magnificent view with
ethically sourced, locally grown coffee. Kaulayaw Café proudly serves coffee made
from regional beans like Sagada, Benguet, and their signature blend, aptly named
Kaulayaw. Furthermore, the café offers coffee pouches and various coffee
accessories for takeout. For those dining in, the menu at Kaulayaw Café
predominantly features morning specials (such as suman, cheese rolls, and
ensaymada), toasts, pancakes, sandwiches, rice bowls, and pasta dishes, ideal for
breakfast, brunch, or light snacks from morning to early afternoon. Notably, Kaulayaw
Café goes beyond the traditional Filipino breakfast joints by offering international
dishes rarely found elsewhere. Highlights include Kaya Toast with a soft-boiled egg
(P159), Herb Avocado Toast topped with Egg, Dill, and Tomatoes (P289), Roti
Pancake with Banana (P159), Okonomiyaki (P189), and Salmon Pasta with Tomato
Cream Sauce (P249). While the menu remains somewhat limited, and some non-
pork items were unfortunately sold out during our visit, the chicken satay dish
impressed us, and the overall ambiance of the café was delightful. Despite the
challenges posed by the pandemic, Kaulayaw Café is increasingly gaining popularity
as individuals eagerly seek new places near the city to escape the confines of their
homes. Contrary to our initial perception of solely serving coffee, Kaulayaw Café
pleasantly surprised us by including a selection of local craft beers. Offerings such as
Nipa Brew, Crazy Carabao, and Alcalde Brewery (established in 2020) from Cainta
are available. Remarkably, these craft beers are reasonably priced, ranging from
P148 to P178 per bottle. This is quite fair compared to the inflated prices commonly
observed in more touristy areas of Manila and Makati, where a serving can easily
surpass P250.
Locally, there is a café located in 27 F. Torres St, Población District, Davao
City. One of the most famous places in the city, Cafe Demitasse in Davao will
serve you with the best pastries and chocolate truffles. The chefs of this cafe
are all coffee geeks, who play with coffee, espresso and tea and never fail to
impress their customers with the great taste of their drinks. They all call
themselves “students of coffee” and love their hobby which has now turned
into a profession wholeheartedly. A paradise for all the people who love ice
creams, this cafe offers some of the best and unique flavors of your favorite
desserts. They also give you free Wi-Fi to add more delight in the time that
you spend here. They’re opening hours is 8 am to 12 am

COMPANY NAME, LOGO AND SLOGAN

Our team firmly believed that this business is a school-friendly cafe can
enhance the overall educational experience by providing a supportive, healthy, and
community-oriented environment for students and stakeholders alike.

Logo:
The term “Escuela” is a Spanish word that translates to "school" in English. It
refers to an institution where students go to receive education and instruction from
teachers. Just like in English, "escuela" can refer to any level of education, from
primary school to university.
