End of Term 3 Examination 2020-21

Dear parents

Term 3 Examination for Grade 1-8 will commence from 1st of March to 11th of March 2021.

Grade 1- 8 will submit Written Examination to their subject teacher as per allotted time.

Please find a list of topics for students to revise for each subject as well as a timetable of examination.

If you require any further information, please contact your child’s respective Class teacher/ Section Head.

Learning support week: 20th February onward worksheets and PPts to revise for upcoming exams are available in TEAMS in
respective channels.

Assessment and progressed based Exam

Subject Date / Period

Art Will be conducted in Art Period (from 21st till 25th Feb, 2021)
Quran Will be conducted in Quran Period (from 21st till 25th Feb, 2021)

Important points to remember:

 All of the exams will take place in each classroom for BL students; the tables will be arranged following the current
health and safety guidelines and will be sanitized between sittings. We encourage all students to attend these sittings
as this will give the most accurate data.
 Examination for DL will be conducted on TEAMS SOFTWARE through live sessions.
 Students’ must ensure to keep camera and microphone ON during examination. If any technical issue is
encountered, it must be informed the invigilator immediately to resolve the issue on the spot.
 A medical certificate is solicited for any absence to the concerned class teacher.
 No reexamination for any unauthorized absence.
 After the completion of the exam on the given day, child may leave. For any query or clarification, you may contact
the concerned form teacher.
