TASK 13
 You have to bring your book because if you don’t have your book in class, you can’t
participate in the lesson.
 You can speak in Spanish but only in specific questions because there are people who
speak Spanish throughout the class and that makes others uncomfortable
 You can go to the bathroom, but only 4 times, because if you go more than 6 or 8 times,
you will miss the class.
 You aren’t allowed to enter class with headphones because it’s a distraction and you
won’t pay attention.

TASK 14
Dear Dr. Paula,
I let a friend borrow my motorcycle last weekend, but these days my bike is not working very
well. I took it to a mechanic to see what’s wrong, and he told me that it has an engine problem
and it would be very expensive to fix. At that moment, I didn’t know what to do, so I called my
friend and told him everything that had happened with my motorcycle. I explained that I needed
him to help me pay for the repair, but he told me it wasn’t his problem. Now he won’t speak to
me, and I don’t have enough money to fix my bike. I’ve lost my friend.
Now I need to work more and save a lot of money to pay for the repair.

TASK 15
 My sister said that she wasn’t feeling well
 This morning my mom told me to pick up my sister in the afternoon
 I bought a jacket in a store and I didn’t know how much it cost. She told me it cost 20
dollars.
 My uncle said he wants to play video games at night
 My cousin told me she loves to see a lot of landscapes when she travels
