SUMMARY REPORT
I. OBJECTIVES OF
THE ACTIVITY By the end of the activity, the participants shall be able to:
1. To deliver the State of Barangay Address by the
Punong Barangay;
2. To inform the constituents of the financial status
from July to December 2023, accomplishments of
July-December 2023, on-going and plans
Program, Projects, and Activities of the new
administration of the Barangay and the
Sangguniang Kabataan;
3. To render/present committee, and reports; and
4. Discuss other matters.

II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES

 The Activity started at 5:00 PM, with an opening

prayer led by Pstr. Alejo De Alday from The House
of Potter’s Christian Fellowship followed by the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem thru an
Audio Visual Presentation.
