    We are respectfully submitting the Affidavit of Undertaking executed by


    the undersigned on behalf of Sto. Niño Construction, promising to the effect that
    we shall immediately settle in full our obligation in favor of Mr. Noel B. Perez,
    upon receipt of the payment for our city projects in Putik (Construction of Slope
    Protection) and Curuan (Concreting of Curuan-Lunday Road). We reiterate our
    sincerity in adhering to the said affidavit in order for us to finally resolve this
    matter at hand.

    We hope that you will find the same sufficient and resolve to lift the
    suspension of the processing of the payment of several of Sto. Niño’s city
    projects, as well as the release of the checks in favor of the same.
