Re:- (1) Change of Name
(2) Issue of duplicate Forest License in the name of present Directors
Sir,
We would like to inform you that 2 (two) issues are pending since long. You are requested to settle the matters.
(1) CHANGE OF NAME:- we have already submitted the documents in regard to change of our Company’s name
M/s,SUBGREEN WUDTECH (P) LTD is not a separate Company, just changed the name from M/S, SUPER DOORS
& PLYWOODS PVT LTD to SUBGREEN WUDTECH PVT LTD. The name has been changed by the Order given by
the Register of Company and others Govt. Authorities (copies of which further enclosed herewith).
(2) ISSUE OF DUPLICATE FOREST LICENSE IN THE NAME OF PRESENT DIRECTORS:- Prior to conversion of unit and
transfer of Forest License from Forest utilization Divn. To 24 Parganas (South) as Super Doors & Plywoods Pvt
Ltd ,where Mr.Subash Kandoi and Mr.Suresh Kandoi joined the Company as a directors of the company. The
copy of Joined documents and documents of transfer of the company from the Jurisdiction of Utilization Divn.
To south 24 Parganas Divn. Are enclosed herewith.The Money receipt of change of name also enclosed
herewith for your ready reference.
(3) Mr. Ramesh Kumar Dhurka resigned on 15.03.2013 and expired after resignation.Mr. Abhishek Dhurka resigned
on 12.09.2020.The details of joining and resignation are also enclosed herewith.

Sir we hope on the basis of above mentioned documentary evidence it is very clear that in a private Ltd Company
when any Director resigned from the Company automatically other Director are became owner of the Company.

So,we therefore request you to change the name of Company and issue a duplicate License mentioning the name of
proper Director Mr. Subash Kandoi & Mr. Suresh Kandoi.
