I. SCOPE OF WORKS
1. Design of Automatic Fire Sprinkler System
2. Installation Works (MHO Warehouse Approx. Area: 6760 sqm)
 Piping
 Pipe Sleeve (including fire stopping sealant)
 Sprinkler Heads
 Hangers and Support
 Fittings
 Isolation Valves
 Pressure Relief Valves
 Check Valves and Auxiliary valves
 Drain Valves
 Pressure Gauges
 Check Valves
 Flow Switch and Meter
3. Supply of Spare Sprinkler Head units (5% of the Total Installed Sprinkler Heads)
4. Restoration Works
5. Painting Works
6. Testing and Commissioning (Hydrostatic Testing)
7. Integration of AFSS with FDAS through supervisory devices
8. Civil / Structural Works: Including all necessary Materials, Equipment and Tools required
in the Project Execution. Contractor shall ensure that the System is Working in Terms of
Function, Safety and Reliability

II. PRELIMINARY DESIGN STAGE

Design shall comply with both NFPA 13 (Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems)
and Updated Fire Code of the Philippines (RA-9514)
