Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I am writing this letter to formally resign from my position as a Security Guard at Commander
Security Services Inc. effective last January 31, 2024 in accordance with the notice period
outlined in my employment contract. I have sincerely appreciated the opportunities for
professional and personal growth that Commander Security Services has provided me all
throughout the years of my service.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the opportunity to work as a Security Guard at
Commander Security Services Inc. The knowledge and work experienced that I have acquired
have been valuable in which I gained essential skills that made such contributions to the safety
