CERTIFICATE OF STRUCTURAL STABILITY

This is to certify that my team and I had personally inspected the THREE (3) STOREY
COMMERCIAL/ISTITUTIONAL BUILDING owned by MR. HENRY LI SENG GIAP located at Elizondo
Street, Brgy Sabang, Pier Site, Legazpi City with Building Permit No. 13-02-2013, issued on February 15,
2013 and an Occupancy Permit No. 01-2013-0040, issued on May 03, 2013 respectively.

I further certify that said building meets and satisfies the minimum requirements the of the provision
of P.D. 1096 otherwise known as the National Building Code of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules
and Regulation (IRR) as per site inspection of the abovementioned building conducted on September
05,2023.

Furthermore, based on the physical evaluation/findings of our team, the entire structural elements
of the aforementioned building such as the beams/girders, columns, slabs and footings are still in good
quality and standard. Thus, the building can still withstand the structural load capacity of the structure.

This certifies further, that the above stated building is structurally safe/sound and still fit for
occupancy.

Issued upon request of the owner, Mr. Henry Li Seng Giap whatever legal purposes in compliance
with the requirements of the Legazpi City Building Official. This certification is still valid in case of
architectural repairs/renovations/ alterations and upgrading any part of the building.

This certification is valid for ten (10) years from the date of the issuance. Issued on September
25,2023 at Legazpi City, Philippine.

of P.D. 1096 otherwise known as the National Building Code of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules
and Regulation (IRR) as per site inspection of the abovementioned building conducted on November 29,
2023.

Furthermore, based on the physical evaluation/findings of our team, the entire structural elements
of the aforementioned building such as the beams/girders, columns, slabs and footings are still in good
quality and standard. Thus, the building can still withstand the structural load capacity of the structure.

This certifies further, that the above stated building is structurally safe/sound and still fit for
occupancy.
