Job Title: SEO Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SEO Specialist to join our digital
marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our online
visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

Keyword Research and Analysis:


● Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for
improving organic search rankings.
● Analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
On-Page Optimization:
● Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to
improve search engine visibility.
● Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are
integrated into new content.
Technical SEO:
● Conduct website audits to identify and address technical issues affecting
SEO performance.
● Implement technical optimizations, including site speed improvements
and mobile optimization.
Link Building:
● Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase the
authority of our website.
● Establish partnerships and collaborations to acquire high-quality
backlinks.
SEO Reporting and Analysis:
● Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools.
● Prepare regular reports on key SEO metrics and provide insights for
improvement.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
● Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and
best practices in SEO.
● Implement new strategies and techniques to keep our SEO efforts ahead
of the curve.
Collaboration:
● Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other teams to ensure
SEO strategies align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in related field.


● Experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role is a plus.
● In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
● Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
SEMrush, or similar tools.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed
decisions.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex SEO concepts
to non-experts.

Technical Skills:

● HTML/CSS knowledge for basic website optimization.


● Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
