opportunity for BBA/MBA graduates where you can experience how to transform
an IT product into a business.

Swar Yantra Technologies in Faridabad is an early-age startup that has built a

unique product for the recruitment industry. We are looking for future business
leaders and entrepreneurs who would like to learn how to find a market-fit
product, the role of digital marketing in sales and brand building, how user
experience impacts sales and how to bring users for niche products. Your
responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Do recruitment for customers to gain first hand experience of current

recruitment processes and market

- Use the product to gain insight into how the product streamline the recruitment
process

- Engage recruiters over the phone, LinkedIn, or on their premises to showcase

how the product can solve their current problems

- Help them start using the product if it solves their problems

- Provide recruiters' feedback to the product and marketing team

- Help the team engage recruiters using digital marketing

Stipend- 10k per month(for 3months) then 15k

(Depending on performance)
