group and for the community. Adults attending the workshop may be
interested in participating in physical activity such as zumba. Both of
the activities sanitation and zumba can be participated in, by teens
and adults to improve their fitness levels and overall health. This
workshop aims to empower the community with the knowledge and

Implementing In our busy world, many people aren't moving enough and eating
Guidelines well, which can lead to health problems. That's why it's so important
to do things that help everyone stay healthy. This guideline gives a
step-by-step plan to help communities be healthier. It includes ways
to get people moving more, teach kids about keeping clean, and
make sure everyone has good food to eat. By following these steps,
we can all work together to make our communities healthier and
happier.
For exercise:
1. Start Slowly:
If you're not used to exercising, start slowly and gradually
increase intensity and duration over time. Go easy on
yourself, being healthy doesn't mean you have to be healthy
in just one day. Start with the easiest exercise like walking or
running.
5. Stay Hydrated:
To keep hydrated, sip on lots of water before, during, and
after physical activity.
6. Be consistent:
Try to get in some exercise most days of the week. To
experience the health advantages of exercise, which include
elevated mood, heightened energy, and enhanced general
well-being, consistency is important.
For Sanitation:
3. Interactive activities:
Fun activities may help children to understand the concept of
how germs can be spread.

Project Management To make the project happen, We only work with families and kids
that need to be physically active and in excellent health, so we have
to prepare and practice for the project, which will be finished in time
to help families and kids become fit and healthy through exercise.
We had two members of our group who were knowledgeable about
zumba or exercise during our zumba. Since there is knowledge but
we still need more, we will attempt to complete this project correctly
and neatly without the assistance of specialists.
Project Self-Continuity Answer this questions
1. What is the plan for the eventual management of the
project by the beneficiaries themselves?
- The plan is to teach the people who benefit from the
project how to manage it on their own. They'll get
training in things like planning and handling money.
2. What is the plan for eventual self-financing?
- The plan to make money later on involves earning
from the project itself, finding money from outside
sources, and working with others. The aim is to need
less outside money as time goes on.
