CALVA MILLING

ENGINEER’S REPORT

NATURE OF THE PROJECT


CALVA MILLING is a Corn processing plant project located at Zone 2, Lower
Sosohon, Tankulan (Pob.), Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. The project site is around 2,898
square meter parcel of land covered by TCT No. T-71761 owned by the Spouses Rodrigo and
Marilyn Calva. The proponent is RMCC GROUP OF COMPANIES, INC. is a private
corporation duly organized and existing under by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines, with business address at Purok 3, Tankulan (Pob.), Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon
and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with Registration No.
CS20175590. Spouses Rodrigo and Marilyn Calva are both Incorporators and officers of the
corporation.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
The Calva Milling project consist of a one (1) unit 1000 kg/hr capacity Corn Mill
served with Cyclone Separators; One (1) unit 4000 kg/hr Corn Mill provided with Cyclone
Separators; Two (2) units 6000 kg/batch each kerosene or diesel fuel fired Mechanical Dryer
provided with individual Cyclone Dust Collector; and One (1) unit 1000 kg/hr Hammer Mill.
The project is operating 8 hours a day.
The total daily volume of water estimated consumption is ____ cubic per day.

I. OBJECTIVES
A. Provide concise and clear instructions to Calva Milling employees regarding
procedures for protecting the environment and minimizing environmental impact.
B. Document environmental concerns and appropriate protection measures.
C. Compliance with statutory requirements and other environmental commitments.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN (EMP)
Health and Safety
Site Manager to ensure compliance with total Health and Safety / Emergency Plans /
Procedures / Manuals. The site should be fitted with the required health and safety warning and
information signage that is required and suitable for such installations. And also complying the
proper waste segregation and proper disposal in consonance requirement with RA 9003.
