JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position title: Assembly Engineer- NPD
Location: Vadodara, GJ
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Duties and Responsibilities

 Oversee Pre-Industrialization, Industrialization, and Production ramp-up for

electromechanical Product line.

 Collaborate with Product designers from pre-release to production handover to establish

product and process.
 Engage cross-functionally with leaders and team members across Component Engineering,
Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production, including those in different
geographic regions and cultures.
 Analyze Product functional requirements, evaluate technical options, and align solutions to
meet quality, manufacturability, cost, and lead time targets.
 Conduct project planning, resource allocation, requirement prioritization, project risk
assessment, and resolution of technical issues, ensuring effective communication.
 Share project progress dashboards and assess industrialization risks (including factory,
manufacturing, process, quality, and Supply chain), promptly escalating issues.
 Functional Competencies:
 Proficiency in DFA, PFMEA, MSA/SPC, SAP/ERP, MOST/MTM/Time study, Lean
Manufacturing, Creo/AutoCAD/ProE, FTA/Problem-solving skills.
 Expertise in Assembly line Layout, line balancing, Riveting/Welding processes, and
Electromechanical Product Testing.
 Experience in Capex/Opex Planning and execution for Assembly lines.
 Knowledge of Product and Process Costing.

Educational Qualification:
 B.E/ B Tech
Work Experience:
 5 to 9 years of relevant experience
