B. Scenario

A typhoon hit the District of Naawan with maximum sustained winds of 118–184 km/h, with significant to severe effects on life and property, and had
occasional heavy rains leading to flash floods where all schools were affected. All access roads to and from schools are impassable for a certain period. Additionally,
due to the cancellation of classes, learners are hindered in their learning, thus making them behind with the needed competencies that should be taught to them to meet
the delivered learning competencies prescribed by the Department of Education.

C. Specific Objectives of the Cluster:


- To provide adequate, effective, and efficient modalities to guarantee that learners’ education continues during typhoons.
