Optimum and eHawk Condition Monitoring product line.

Objective
To inform customers that the Pruftechnic Vibration System will no longer be delivered as part of NOV`s
Vibration Monitoring Solution. Analytic Services on existing systems will still be provided until the end of
2023.

Issue
The Pruftechnic Vibration System is considered “outdated” and will not receive any new SW patches
from the vendor.

Solution
NOV offers a new vibration monitoring solution from SPM Instrument to replace the Pruftechnic
Vibration Monitoring System. The new system is fitted for NOV`s equipment portfolio with extended
configuration possibilities to optimize the vibration monitoring solution.

Economic Impact
All parts, necessary software updates and installation are at Customer cost. Parts will be supplied by
NOV, delivered FCA, NOV facility, (Incoterms 2020), for all equipment defined by NOV to be affected by
the above described issue.
