Borr Drilling and its employees are committed to protecting the

biodiversity of the natural environment surrounding our offshore and
onshore operations.

Borr Drilling commits to:

Complying with all applicable environmental legislation.
Developing and maintaining an environmental management system for all
operations
Pollution prevention
Reporting all leaks and spills of hydrocarbons and chemicals
Waste management, including waste minimization and segregation
Freshwater conservation
Energy management and greenhouse gas emission reduction
Stakeholder engagement and sustainability reporting
Resource management, including safe and proper storage and utilization
Supply chain sustainability programme, including procurement of
environmentally friendly alternative materials
Environmental awareness training
Setting Environmental Objectives and environmental performance monitoring
Continual improvement of the environmental management system to enhance
environmental performance

We understand the importance of minimizing the impact on the environment. All our
senior level management support this policy and request you, our employee and third
parties, to operate at the highest level of environmental integrity in your own individual
capacities. This policy applies to all individuals present onsite at any Borr Drilling facility
worldwide.
