Question:

Look at the picture. Do you think that there will come a time in the future that will no longer

need humans? Write your brief opinion.

“Humans and its Uniqueness”

“The world is centered around Science and technology” That is a Half part of the Quote That is
stated by Carl Sagan. And this actually is thought to ponder because ever since Technology
innovations or even Human innovations began, this is already Happening and I do believe that
this will not stop. And because of this this seem to be normal question would arise “In this
world that is rapidly evolving and is continuing to develop more advance technology reaching
new heights every time, is there a future where Humans will not be needed anymore. And even
if I could not really answer this question, If you would allow me to speculate my opinion, I
would say that there is no such world where Humans would not be needed. No matter what
advancement and technology and AI would happen.

Though the Undeniable fact that Robots and Other Artificial Intelligence are now advancing into
new heights and is now able to learn through the Development of Deep learning algorithms, I
still don’t think they have the capacity to replace Humans because no matter how much they
learn and improve there’s still things that I don’t think they would develop, and one of those is
Emotions. Although there’s website that could in the surface level advice on emotions
(Example: Character.ai), you cant deny that they cant actually feel it and is only responding to a
prompt given to them by their users. Another thing that supports my argument is the fact that
in order to obtain emotions you need to have first hand experience and the ability to think
outside of logic which I don’t think that any AI algorithms can accomplish no matter how
advance it is.

This brings up another thing that I don’t think any AI could Develop, and that is “First-hand
Experience”.
Advance AI that is constantly Evolving like (Open AI, Character AI) rely on a system called Deep
learning algorithms to actually work. And the way this algorithms work is that it extracts
knowledge and Experiences to its user and it learns from it. And that is exactly my point; AI
would not be able to develop First hand consciousness because right in the first place it was
programed to actually use the first hand experience of its user, And it is only able to gain
experience that way. They will never become able to know and see things in their own eyes,
because they are designed to “See the world to other people’s eyes” and if humans cease to
exist they wont be able to absorb new knowledge of the world which would render them also
useless.

To sum up what I have discussed in this brief essay, I see no future that will no longer require
Humans, because I do believe that we are the only one’s capable of experiencing the world and
actually telling it to others. Our consciousness is what makes us essential, Unique and
Irreplaceable. Being able to distinguish what is right or wrong, Good or bad and the ability to
think outside of logic is our greatest gift and I don’t think that Any type of Technological
Innovation or Algorithm could have achieve or even begin to imitate.
