VI. SPACE REQUIREMENTS, CIRCULATION, AND ZONING OF SPACES

1. Agent - a person who is authorized to act for or in the place of another.

2. Bartender - a person who mixes and serves drinks at a bar.

3. Accountant - a person who is skilled in the practice of accounting or who is in-charge of

public or private accounts.

4. General Manager – a person who has overall responsibility for managing both the revenue and

cost elements of the company. A general manager usually oversees most or all of the firm's

marketing and sales functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the business.

5. Auditor - a person who conducts an official financial examination of (an individual's or

organization's accounts).

6. Executive Secretary - a person who has responsible for administering the activities and

business affairs of an organization/company.

7. Personnel - a person employed in an organization or engaged in an organized undertaking.

8. Therapist - a person or an individual specializing in the therapeutic medical treatment of

impairment, injury, disease, or disorder

9. Cashier - a person who collects and handles monetary transactions.

10. Clerk - a person employed in an office or bank who keeps records, accounts, and undertake

other routine administrative duties.

11. Concierge - a person whose job is to assist guests by arranging tours, making theater and

restaurant reservations, etc.

12. Coordinator - a person whose job is to organize events or activities and to negotiate with

others in order to ensure they work together effectively.


13. Cost Controller - a person who uses by management of cost analyses and their interpretation

in corrective measures toward increasing efficiency and economy of operation.

14. Director - a person who is in-charge of an activity, department, or organization.

15. Housekeeper - a person employed to manage a household.

16. Waiter - a person whose job is to serve customers at their tables in a restaurant.

17. Executive - a person with senior managerial responsibility in a business organization.

32. Doorman - a person such as a porter, bouncer, or janitor who is on duty at the entrance to a

large building.

33. Storekeeper - a person who owns, operates or manages a retail establishment.

34. Supervisor - a person who supervises a person or an activity.
