1 [General] Please change transmital letter from "for information" to "for review and comment". Noted.

(General) This document outlines the procedure for overall plant test requirement and condition at BMCR load condition
- Boiler Performance Test Procedure shall include at least Boiler Efficiency at BMCR, 100%, 75%, 50%. Boiler Maximum Flow Capacity, of the plant.
Excess Air & Furnace Leakage as per schedule 6 subsection NO.7 - 11 can include in this procedure or in separate document, We
suggest to merge those items in one procedure to minimize Or avoid formula repetition in each procedure. Please note that Boiler Performance Test Procedure (Document No: K097-021) includes all the test
3 requirement and calculation for Boiler as per schedule 6 subsection NO.7 - 11.

This Boiler Performance Test Procedure is not attached herewith in this document to avoid repetition of
documents.

Noted.
The main steam flow in MFMSG is 4tph higher than BMCR. As the flow difference is minor we agree with PLN
(Generall to mearge BMCR and MFMSGC test.
4 • What the different basis condition or parameter to be reach between BMCR test and Maximum Flow Main Steam Generator
Capability Test? If it Will be reach same parameter or condition, we suggest to merge those test. We will include note in both the procedures that a common test would be conducted.

- JHA checklist verification has been added into Section 3.3 Test Prerequisition for safety precaution.
3.3 Test Prerequisition
5 - for any sistem test procedure, please add and submit JSA (Job Safety Analysis) first as an attachment for safety precaution. - Calibration certificate for any temporary instruments, if used will be provided prior to the test.
- For any instrument calibrated sertificate should be attached in this procedure.

3.4 Test Condition

- Valve isolation list already provided in Appendix B and is updated to include sign-off for EPC and Owner to

- Please revise manual data recording sheet as actual required parameter. - This is a sample data recording sheet for those data/measurements which cannot be recorded from DCS or

DAS and requires manual/handwritten entries. This sample data recording sheet will be modified during the
test as per requirement.
