    Greetings of Peace and Kindness!

    I am writing this letter to humbly ask for your approval to grant my appeal of
    travelling abroad for personal matter.

    May I have the honor to request for a one (1) month leave without pay from your good
    office because I am going to accomplish a very important endeavor.

    The inclusive dates of the leave are from October- November 2023.

    I am looking forward that this will merit your favorable response.
