Dear Sir,

This is to certify that the installation of Godrej Make Heavy-Duty Shelving System is
successfully completed on 1st February 2024 as per referred Purchase Order.

The system is now ready for usage. The system will be safe and stable for the designed
load under normal operating conditions as per terms below.

This warranty and stability are applicable subject to the below parameters being met -

1. The system is loaded and used within the rated load as per design mentioned in
layout and elevation drawing.
2. Racking is carefully and safely used i.e. no dragging the pallet or the material while
loading and unloading from the system.
3. The MHE is safely operated i.e. without hitting and damaging the racking
components.
4. The racking is only used in safe environment and not subject to contact/exposure
with corrosive material or corrosive atmospheric condition.
5. Scratches or any metal exposure incurred due to usage is paint touched up on a
timely basis to prevent rusting and spread of rust.

6. System elevation change if required to be done only with prior approval and consent
from Godrej Storage solutions.
7. The racking is subject to safety audit every year by a component trained
personnel/Godrej engineer and necessary repairs are carried out as required and
hence maintained periodically.

This stability certificate is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of handover and need
to be revalidated every year.

This system stability can be revalidated by a Rack Audit by Authorized Godrej Personnel.
You may request to our engineers to explain safe working of racking for your operators, if
required.
Kindly Acknowledge this letter to confirm the completion of this project and handover of
system in all aspects.
Please fill up the attached customer feed back from to help us to evaluate your experience
with us and initiate correctives wherever required.
