Placements: T he placement is very good at Polytechnic. T he highest package of f ered is 480000, and the minimum

Infrastructure: In my college, there is moderate inf rastructure f or my course and hostels. Wi-Fi f acility is good all
around the campus. Labs and libraries are f acilities f ull of instruments and books. T he classrooms are not cleaned
every day. Hostel f ood is very cheap and very good in taste.

Faculty: T he teachers are very helpf ul f or teaching and other project work. T eaching is nice and teachers are ready to
teach students again and again. In Polytechnic, my civil course is good f or the students because it makes the industry
ready. T he exams are hard; that's why only intelligent students can pass.

I am very sat isf ied as it provides a good campus environment and college lif e experience.
Placements: T here is no placement in our course, but indeed, there are placements available in dif f erent courses in
dif f erent amounts. T here are lots of placements available in the f aculty of social work with a very good package at
various contemporary companies like T AT A and Reliance.

Infrastructure: It provides lots of good inf rastructure, like labs in the f aculty, classrooms and wi-f i availability on
campus. T he hostel premises are quite good at providing hospitality to all kinds of people. T he environment
surrounding the hostel premises is quite soothing and relaxing, which makes you f eel at ease.

One of t he bet t er colleges among MSU, below par f acult y, inact ive st udent clubs, nil placement s.
Placements: Most students do not want placements normally, but that I think this is largely due to them knowing that
the placement prospects are almost nil. Most of my classmates f ound a job as technical recruiters in call centres. T he
only companies that are decent that come to recruit are Nielsen, and they pay around 21k a month, and Godrej, who
also pay the same. A f ew insurance companies visit too. T here is a provision to do an internship af ter 2nd year but
college does not provide any assistance with it, and people f ind it on their own.

Infrastructure: T he inf ra is just sub par, and basic f acilities are absent like Wi-Fi, computer labs, clubs, etc. T here is
a common f acili f or sports f or the whole university which is pretty good. T he library f or BBA is okay, but the library of
the university is state of the art. T he situation of hostels is abysmal to say the least. Not enough hostels f or girls,
and very old hostels, in very unhygienic and cramped up condition.

Faculty: T he teachers are just not qualif ies enough. Sure they have the degrees, but not the prowess. I have had
better teachers in school to be honest. T he batch quality is nice, but the prof essors do not do a good job. T he
course curriculum is average, some good things def initely there but so much scope f or upgradation, and adding
subjecys that can actually make students job market ready. T he exams are f airly medium, but the assessment system
is not good - more weightage should be placed on projects and presentations and not just exams. T he checking and
grades are also unf air, as prof essors are biased.

Other: I chose the course because there are not many options f or BBA in Gujarat, and Vadodara is a nice city to live
in. Better industry connect f or MSU BBA would be so much better, with more f ocus on management events in various
domains like f inance, marketing, etc. T he f ests are nice, the activities of student association are also amazing but an
academic inclination is missing. T he f ests are all sports, cultural, etc. T he scholarship and f ellowship system is very
nice, many chances f or students who are needy available. T he crowd is nice, but not very driven individuals. Everyone
wants to either join f amily business or just do normal jobs, or go to Canada/UK.

Placements: In my course, around 120 students were placed. In my college, the highest package is around INR 30,000
per month and the lowest is around INR 15,000 per year. T he recruiting companies are T CS, L&T , Reliance, Adani
power, Ambuja, etc. All students who got internships are around 70%. Many of them got the roles of manager, junior
of f icer, etc.

Infrastructure: T he college hostel inf rastructure is very well maintained by students and the college team. Bathroom
and toilet f acilities are also well maintained and daily cleaning is also done by the college cleaning staf f . T he f ood
quality is good and the kitchen is also clean and maintained by staf f . Self -service and three meals are payable by
students. And well-maintained ground f or playing and running.

Faculty: All f aculty of the college are masters, and many of them have pursued Ph.D. degrees. T hey teach students in
such a way that they can easily do anything; students are ready in such a way that they can work in any situation in
lif e. Every semester, we have two exams: one 30-mark test and a 70-mark test. T he paper pattern is so hard and
dif f icult. Pass percentage is more than 33% in all subjects.

Other: I chose this course because of my greater interest in economics. T he best thing about this course is that the
f aculty teach the present situation of economics, which is also covered in our course and provide some practical
examples. Many f ests are organized by the department to make students more reliable about their subject or their
culture. All students are very f riendly and have good behavior; many of them are f rom the north side.

Inf rast ruct ure is good and well maint ained by t he f acult y head.
Placements: Placement is good in our batch; more than 100 students get a good salary. Most recruiting companies
are T CS and other companies that belong to Vadodara come f or placement. T hey provide an average package to
students of 2.5 lacs. T he highest package was 6 lacs.

Infrastructure: On our campus, they provide library f acilities with 2000+ books and others. In the lab, there are
several computers available f or all students and both places have C f acilities. T he classrooms are good and clean. All
classrooms have A.C. f acilities. In the mess, they charge 50 rupees per dish.

Faculty: All the teachers in our f aculty are well educated and very knowledgeable. T hey always encourage all students
to work hard in their studies. Extracurricular activities like Diwali celebrations and f resher parties. T he exam was
conducted in two parts: the f irst is an internal exam with 30 marks and the other is a 70-mark paper that is f inal f or the
semester.

Should you go f or MSU Baroda!

Placements: T he top roles that are of f ered in my course are junior sof tware engineer, data scientist, data analyst,
ethical hacker, and web developer. As f ar as I know, there are many more jobs available in this f ield so you can work
on yourself and get the best out of yourself .

Infrastructure: T he quality and f acilities that are provided are quite good; you can rely on them. T he f ood provided in
the mess is hygienic and tasty. T here are sabzi roti and dal chawal every day. T he menu changes daily so you don't
have to worry about the variety of f ood.

Faculty: T he teachers here are very kind and supportive; they will def initely help you out. And they are highly
knowledgeable, too. So yes, they are great. Also, the HOD sir is very f rank and you will just love talking to him. Exams
are moderate and not that tough.

Other: I chose this course I was into programming. I love to do programming. T his university is a government
university and a degree would be worthy. T he events are not f requent.

Review of Bachelor of commerce bat ch 2023.

Placements: Placement is very good in the B.Com. department. In 2023, more than 500 students will be placed. Most
recruiting companies are T CS and other companies are also coming f or placement, like AIS, Piramal, HDFC bank and
ICICI Bank. In the placement process, the f irst objective type of exam is conducted and a second interview is
conducted.

Infrastructure: T he college campus is large. And the hostel campus is also good and near the college so students
can easily transport themselves. Food quality is also good and it is available at the very lowest price. Only 40 to 50 f ull
dishes are available at Mess. A medical f acility is also available to students f or f ree. A very large sports stadium is
available f or students. So overall, the inf rastructure is good.

Faculty: T he B.Com. syllabus is well designed and at a higher level than other universities. T he syllabus is designed
on the basis of the CA syllabus. A prof essor is a very helpf ul and knowledgeable person. T he teaching quality is good
and students can easily understand concepts. In B.Com., there are two exams per semester. T he f irst exam is an
objective type exam, which has 30 marks and the second exam is a subjective type exam, which has 70 marks.
Students get 40 marks in each subject f or passing out.
