PERSONAL

GROWTH MODEL

GROUP 3
PERSONAL GROWTH MODEL
The personal growth model, or enrichment
model, attempts to bridge the language model
and the cultural model by focusing on the
particular use of language in a text while
simultaneously placing it in a specific cultural
context. This model involves students' personal,
intellectual, and emotional experiences.
Why is the personal growth
model important?
Like the language model, the personal
growth model is more student-centred. Its
aim is to motivate the students to read by
selecting themes, to a large extent, related
to their own personal expe- riences.
PERSONAL GROWTH
DEVELOPMENT

The five key stages of your personal development are

belief, plan, action, result, and review, according to The
Mind Elevator's personal growth model.
You must first alter your beliefs
in order to begin this
development. These would
comprise:

BELIEFS Your mindset, or how you

view effort and achievement.
Your goals can be attained in
part because of the things you
believe.
Then we have our plans. This includes
everything from creating goals to
planning your work, not just your to-do
list:

PLANS Create sensible objectives that will

inspire you.
Organize your projects, information,
and time.
Create plans of action to further your
causen your interactions and be quick in
mending any communication issues.
ACTION

Now it's the hardest part. Taking

actions and working towards your
goal.
Executing your plan step by step.

Developing habits that are

conducive to your plans.

Making use of productivity tactics and

skills and maximize your effectiveness
RESULT

Depending on your goal and

activities, results might take many
various forms. Typical types of
outcomes would be:
The effect of your action, such as the
written work, your academic performance,
etc.

The satisfaction you feel as a result of your

behavior is the reward you receive.

The criticism you get from your leader, your

colleagues, or the target audience for your
action
Review

When you get your results, you should

conduct a review to restart the Personal
Growth Model. You can achieve this by:
Assessing and monitoring your
progress

Evaluating how your efforts

have advanced your objective

Redesigning tactics to get you closer

to your objective more quickly
