About The Job

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Product Analyst to join our team. In this
role, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and operational
efficiency by assisting in the development of objectives, strategies, and plans. You
will collaborate with clients to understand their business and organizational needs,
analyse current systems and structures, and develop solutions to improve processes
and address shortcomings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the development of objectives, strategies, and plans aimed at

achieving client satisfaction.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support
product roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, and other strategic
initiatives.
• Analyse user behavior within the product to identify patterns, trends, and
areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as product managers, developers, and
marketers to gather requirements for new features or product
enhancements.
• Direct clients towards more efficient organizational practices and develop
solutions to organizational problems.
• Conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry
trends, and competitor offerings. This involves analysing data from
various sources such as client feedback, market reports, and competitor
analysis.
• Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures,
alter workflows, and resolve any product-specific problems that may arise.
 • Assist in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised
instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other necessary
documentation.

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of legal SaaS experience

• 2+ years of product analysis in legal software, prior experience with
Smokeball software advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and
processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous
improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
• Knowledge of legal industry practices and technologies is advantageous.
