KEY RESPONSIBIITIES IN THE ABOVE POSITIONS

 Improve execution of Retail merchandising and availability of simcards, scratch cards


and recruitment of Airtel money partners and Agents in central, copper belt and Northern
Province.
 Responsible for productivity of all KYC outlets, and ensure all the retailers meet their
monthly target and chabeba management.
 Prepare Distributors monthly sales targets, monitor their performance, and conduct
monthly review Meetings on investment levels and distributor infrastructure to serve the
market.
 Create More New Sim Selling outlets, Airtel money Agents, partners, Mini shops, and
sim Replacement outlets.
 Monitoring Agent Performance in all the markets in Northern and ensuring that they all
have float and getting Monthly commissions.
 Achieve all the KPI’s set by Management, and conduct weekly gate meetings with
Chabeba to review GA progress and be able to understand month to date performance.
 Improve and increase market share through activations, productivity on all sim
registration outlets in kabwe and Northern Province.
 Ensuring that there is Stock Availability and Visibility in the trade.
 Sensitizing Customers on New promotions, and making quality trade calls daily.
 Prepare daily and weekly reports to the zonal Business Manager.
 Provide Support to the Distributor and Negotiate good orders
 Overall to provide support to operations staff in the day- to- day running of the business
 Own all customer queries and complaints while building relationships with internal
service and ensure quick resolution and escalate all queries.
 Agree, Meet, Exceed Monthly Targets, and visit a minimum of 25 outlets per day.
