Greetings of Peace!

We are writing to express our interest in partnering with the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist-LGU Candelaria,
Quezon for the implementation of Project ITANIM (Income sa Taniman, Aalalay sa Nangangailangan para sa
Ikagagaling ng mga Mag-aaral (Income-Generating Project) in our school dubbed as "Gamit Mo, Sagot ng Garden Ko”
– Season 1. Our aim is to create a sustainable and income-generating garden in our school to provide school supplies
for the needy pupils, and we believe that your department can offer significant support to help us achieve our goals.

As you may know, the "Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP)" which is a nationwide initiative aimed at promoting
sustainable agriculture and food security in schools. However, the proponent of this project targeted to plant fruit-
bearing plants to produce fresh fruits from the school garden such as sili which is highly unpredictable cost in the
market, calamansi and the likes. Our school is committed to supporting this special project and we are eager to work
with your department to make this event a success.

We are seeking your assistance in providing us with the necessary tools or resources if available and technical
expertise to establish and maintain our school garden. We believe that with your support, we can create a thriving and
sustainable garden that not only promotes healthy eating habits but also generates income for our school. The income
gained will be utilized to support the needs of the school, such as purchasing additional school supplies for less
fortunate children or any implementing improvement projects.

We are hopeful that the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist-LGU Candelaria, Quezon will consider our request and
provide us with the necessary support to make our Income-Generating Project a success.

Attached is the draft of Memorandum of Agreement which will be a tackled during our personal meeting at your utmost
convenient time. We look forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance for your consideration.
