This validation activity truly helped our group validate our product, IllumiNav, and

empathize with our target customers, and assess whether our product is what our customers need
and want, and if it will help them in times of their problems. Through our interview, we have
gained understanding of our customers' perspectives. This realization truly changed the way we
approach and see our product now, allowing us to provide features and improvements that are not
only effective but also compassionate and tailored to each customer's needs. By putting ourselves
in our customers' shoes, we were able to grasp the effect and how it will truly help our target
customer. Moreover, because of the interview we conducted, we have learned about what our
target customers desire to improve in their current solution and what additional features they
want and need for them to solve their problems more easily. This knowledge is crucial for
creating our products to meet their expectations effectively, ensuring the satisfaction of our target
customer. Also, this helped us conceptualize more what our customers need to improve our
product. Lastly, through this validation activity, we have realized and understood that our product
not only meets the needs of our customers but goes beyond to truly enhance their experience
when they are encountering their problems. Our group has designed and conceptualized
IllumiNav with our target customers in mind ensuring that each feature adds value and simplifies
tasks, leading to a more efficient user utilization and user satisfaction. This validation activity
confirms that our product stands out as a beneficial tool in our customers' lives.
