Yarn: Guillaume of @gwilami used 100% cotton
DK-Light/Medium yarn, 100 g/170 m - 3.5 oz/186
yds; Kate of @grannyscrochethook used 100%
cotton fingering yarn, 50 g/150 m - 1.6 oz/185 yds.
Colors used: graphite (shoes), nude / light brown
(legs/body, head, ears, arms), black (hair), sky blue
(dress), red (hair and dress embellishments) and
mauve (cheeks). Please note that we're not
providing colors numbers as we used yarns that
were produced locally and are very difficult to find
everywhere else. Feel free to find your own color
scheme.
Hooks sizes: Guillaume used 2.5 & 2.75 mm hooks,
Kate used 1.5 & 1,75 mm. Feel free to use any
crochet hooks suited for the chosen yarn, but it's
highly recommended to use a slightly bigger hook
where the pattern calls for it.
Embroidery thread: black (eyes), berry red (lips).
Filling: polyester filling. Reusing old cushions
or yarn leftovers is a great start!
Other: Glue gun, pins, stitch markers, scissors,
threading needle and any other tools and materials
you find useful. A water-soluble marker is highly
recommended to draw facial features before
embroidering them.
Size: 36 and 22 cm tall respectively from head
to toe when made with the indicated yarn weights
and hook sizes.

into the corresponding stitch in the round below
instead of the next stitch of the current round.
NOTES
• Guillaume used the "x" stitches (by yarning under)
and Kate used the "v" stitches (by yarning over)
throughout the pattern.
• The toy is stuffed very firmly except when
otherwise indicated.
• It is suggested to read through the entire pattern
before getting started.

Start in graphite.

Pull the ring tight and join invisibly. Cut the yarn
and hide the tail on the wrong side.
ASSEMBLY
• Using the photos as reference, pin the hair
and the ears to the head and draw all facial
features using a water-soluble marker.
• Remove the hair and embroider the facial features,
glue the cheeks and ears to the head.
• Put the hair back and glue it into place. Don't spare
your hot glue! The more glue you apply the better
the hair will look!
• Give your doll eyelashes by gluing embroidery
floss or sewing thread to the eyes. We like to apply
hot glue along the entire length of the eyelashes
and let it cool before giving them a nice cut.
• Once decorated with the ornaments, glue the skirt
