Introduction:
Mahigit dalawang buwan na ang nakalipas ng mailunsad
natin ang programang Project Bright Reading Program at
nagkaisa po tayong tumugon sa hamong ito. Nakakatuwa lamang
pong isipin na ang dating pinapangarap lang noon ay
matagumpay po nating naisakatuparan.
Isang malaking karangalan po para amin ng aking kasama
na pangunahan ang araw na ito, ang pagkilala sabawat gurong
nagpakita ng walang tumbas na pagsisikap,pagmamahal, at
didikasyon para sa kanilang minamahal na mag-aaral.
Ghe: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the
much-awaited Project Bright Recognition Day of Volunteer
Teachers for Struggling Readers.
My name is Geraldine S. Buluran and I’m Richard SM.
Cruz, and we will be your host for this momentous event.
Richard: Before we begin, let us take a moment to express our
deepest gratitude to all our distinct guests, principals, teachers
who have worked tirelessly to make this reading program a
successful one. Without your dedication and support, this
wouldn't have been possible.

Ghe: Today, we gather to celebrate the achievement of our
"PROJECT BRIGHT " program, BRI- stands for bridging, G- for
Gaps, T- which means through, H- for helpful and T for tools
PROJECT BRIGHT PROGRAM. It is designed to instill a lifelong
passion for reading among our pupils. This program aims to
create a nurturing environment that encourages the joy of
reading, boosts literacy, and broadens our students' horizons.

BRING EVERYONE IN SINGING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM
Richard: To formally start our program this afternoon, may we
request everyone to please rise for the singing our national
anthem, "Lupang Hinirang." to be conducted by Ma’am Alma C.
Macalinao, Music coordinator from North Hills Village E/S.
Ghe: Thank you, everyone, for participating in this moment of
national pride. Let us remember the significance of our national
anthem and the unity it represents. May the values it embodies
inspire us all to work together for the betterment of our beloved
country.

REJOICE OUR HEARTS IN PRAISING GOD

Richard: As we gather here today for this momentous occasion,
let us take a moment to give thanks to God for his divine
blessings and guidance. We will begin our program with a prayer
to be presided by Ma’am Nenita L Cardeno, Teacher from
Norzagaray E/S,
Ghe: Thank you, everyone, for joining us in this prayer. You may
now all be seated. Let us carry the spirit of unity, compassion,
and gratitude in our hearts as we move forward together.

advocate for love of reading.

Ghe: Now, let us give our ears for the opening remarks from the
passionate and dedicated, Principal III, of Luis Gravador
E/S,District English Adviser, Ma’am Minerva P. Sarmiento.
Another opening remarks will be given by our passionate and
dedicated, District Coordinator of Norzagaray West in Reading,
Ma’am Shirley C. San Pedro

GIVE OUR EARS IN LISTENING TO INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE

Richard: Ngayon naman po ay patuloy po nating ibigay ang ating

puso’t isipan sa mga mensaheng ating mapapakinggan na
magmumula po sa ating mga naging sandigan, may mataas na
malasakit at pagsuporta, upang maging ganap ang tagumpay ng
Project BRIGHT Reading Program.
Tinatawagan po natin ang ating tagapamasid pampurok, na
siya din pong bumuo at nagtaguyod ng proyektong ito. Our
very intelligent, passionate, woman of change none other than
Dr. Nora G. Manalo. Let’s give her a round of applause!
Marami pong salamat Ma’am Nora sa pagmamahal niyo sa
bawat mag-aaral ng Norzagaray. Tunay nga pong tanglaw ang
proyektong ito tungo sa pagtuklas ng mga bagong kaalaman na
maghahatid sa kanila sa isang maaliwalas at MATATAG na
bukas.

Ghe: Patuloy siyang kumikilos at hindi humihinto sa pagtuklas

ng makabagong estratehiya at kaalaman upang mapaghusay ang
kakayahan ng bawat mag-aaral sa asignaturang Edukasyon sa
pagpapakatao. Halina’t atin pong pakinggan ang mensahe na

magmumula sa ating masipag, dekalidad, at Education Program
Supervisor sa Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao, Dr. Eleseo E.
Godoy.

Richard: Mahusay, matalino, at subok ang kakayahan. Ang

kanyang kasipagan sa tungkuling iginawad ay hindi
matatawaran. Hindi tumitigil upang makapagsulong ng mga
proyektong hahasa sa galing ng bawat mag-aaral sa
asignaturang Filipino. Malugod ko pong ipinapakilala sa inyo
ang Education Program Supervisor sa Filipino, Dr.Anastacia N.
Victorino

Ghe: As an esteemed supervisor, educational consultant, or

leader in the field, our next guest have different innovative
approaches. His work has set a new standard for excellence in
the field of education. Please welcome our Education Program
Supervisor in English Dr. Jay-Arr V. Sangoyo.

Richard: He provides strategic and technical inputs towards the

full implementation of basic education curriculum, enforcing
curriculum standards, localization, and indigenization of the
articulated curriculum to suit the conditions and context of the
locality and ensuring access to quality and varied learning
resources.
With a passion for innovation and a commitment to educational
excellence, his expertise and insights have made a lasting impact
on the lives of students and educators. Let us welcome Dr.

Her unwavering belief in the potential of every student and their
commitment to provide equal opportunities for all have made a
profound difference in the lives of countless individuals. This
person is no other than our assistant schools division
superintendent non other than Dr. Cecilia E. Valderama.

As a leading authority in their field, our guest has been
instrumental in shaping the minds of our pupils. His insights
and expertise have been sought after by the Deped in sharing his
knowledge and inspiring change. Let us call our Assistant
Schools Division Super. Dr. Zurex T.Bacay.
Hindi siya tumitigil sa pagkilos, May mataas na pagpapahalaga
sa pagkatuto at pagpapaunlad ng kakayahan ng bawat batang
bulakenyo. Siyang nasa likod ng bawat tagumpay na patuloy na
iginagawad sa sangay ng Bulacan dahil sa kanyang hindi
matatawaran na paglilingkod. Mapalad po tayo na siya ay ating
makadaupang palad sa hapong ito. Walang iba kundi ang ating
mahusay, maaasahan, palaging nariyan at hindi tayo
pinababayaan, Ang ating minamahal at lubos na hinahangaan

Ghe: And now let us hear a message coming from the loving
mother of Norzagaray, a very supportive, dedicated and
hardworking Municipal Mayor no other than Hon. Maria Elena
L. Germar.

Marami pong salamat Mayora Merlyn. Ramdam po namin ang
inyong mataas na pagpapahalaga sa Edukasyon. Sa patuloy na
pagtugon sa aming mga kahilingan at pagdinig sa aming mga
panawagan para sa ikabubuti ng bawat guro,magulang, at mag-
aaral dito sa bayan ng Norzagaray. Muli, atin pong palakpakan

Richard: Ramdam po natin ang kanyang malasakit at

pagsuporta katuwang sa bawat programa ng paaralan. At sa
bawat mahahalagang pagtitipon gaya po nito ay laging siyang

Ghe: Their dedication serves as a testament to the importance of
fostering a love for reading and the power of literacy in shaping
young minds. We extend our deepest appreciation to them for
sharing their time, wisdom, and experiences. No words can
express how grateful we are for your heartful service. Mabuhay

Kaya’t sa sandalling ito, ay muli po nating tinatawagan ang

Mayora Merlyn Germar gayundin po ang ating Capt. Alfred
Germar upang iabot ang sertipiko ng pagkilala sa ating mga
natatanging guro na naglaan ng kanilang oras at panahon para
maging matagumpay ang Project Bright Reading Program. Kaya
naman po sabay-sabay po nating palakpakan ang ating
PROJECT BRIGHT HEROES.
Richard: The journey of Project BRIGHT marks the beginning of
future success. It is a source of inspiration that will ignite our
passion, spark our creativity, and unite us in our shared
mission. Let this project serve as reminder when we come
together, embrace collaboration, and strive for excellence, we
could have an amazing world that negativity could not grow and
foster.

Talented and BRIGHT teachers of Norzagaray West District.

TAKE TIME IN CLOSING THE PROGRAM
Richard: for our closing part, let us call these two people who
took part to make this project possible none other than the
Principal III of Luis Gravador Elementary School , and District
English adviser Ma’am Minerva P. Sarmiento.
Also the Principal IV of Norzagaray Elementary School,
our District Filipino Adviser Dr. Josephine E. Genobiagon.

Ghe: Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests, and dear

participants, as we come to the end of this remarkable program,
we would like to express our deepest gratitude to each and every
one of you for being a part of this memorable journey.
Project Bright will continue to nurture the struggling-readers of
Norzagaray West District to Garayenyong Bihasang Bumabasa
through the continues partnership of stakeholders.

Richard: With that, we officially conclude this program. Safe
