Project overview
Location

• The project is located in Bontang, the third largest

island in the world - Kalimantan Island.

• Bangtang is divided into North Bangtang District

and South Bangtang District.

• Bangtang has a petrochemical industrial zone called

the East Kaltim Industrial Zone.

PKT Terminal Introduction

• Pupuk Kaltim Terminal (简称PKT)。

• Latitude: 0 º 7'9 'N Longitude: 117 º 31'2'

E, it is a dedicated terminal belonging to

PT PUPUK KALIMANTAN TIMUR. The

entire PKT terminal consists of several

small jettys, including the Tusina jetty to

be used this time.

Luojing Jetty
Luojing Jetty:

Located in the Luojing area of Baoshan Shanghai,

38km away from the downtown and about 17km

away from Wusongkou,with an annual throughput of

22 million tons and a yard area of 550000 square

meters,equipped with 17 large machinery, it can

simultaneously dock 2 ultra large bulk carriers of

200000 tons (with reduced load), and can directly

load 20000 ton sea vessels.

1. Send all packing lists to customs in advance for pre classification.提前将所有货物箱单发送海关预归类

4.After confirmed by Indonesian customs, each batch of goods will be declared/cleared according to the HS codes confirmed by both

• Shanghai - Samarinda：The total sailing period is about 25 days (including stopover port).

• After the goods arrived in Samarinda, due to poor local transportation capacity and road sections, the container

transportation route was controlled. After customs clearance and release at Samarinda, the containers were picked up in the

afternoon, transported in the evening, and arrived at the project site the next morning.

Jetty - Project Site

Tursina Jetty：The goods are unloaded from the ship

to the truck by crane(Ship crane or shore crane). The
bridge at Tursina Jetty has a weight limit of 70 tons
and a height limit of 6.2 meters. Therefore, the single
piece of goods cannot exceed 35 tons. After
removing the height of the flatbed truck by 1.5
meters, the height of the goods themselves cannot
exceed 4.7 meters. The project site is responsible for
unloading the goods from the flatbed truck.

货物从散货船上用船吊卸载至普通平板车拖运至项目地，
Tursina码头桥梁限重70吨，限高6.2米，故货物单件不能
超过35吨，去掉板车1.5米高后，货物自身高度不能超过
4.7米，由项目地负责将货物从平板车上卸载下来。

3.1 海船离港并签发提单后，制作全套清关文件，邮寄至印尼;

After the ship leaves the port and issues a bill of lading, a complete set of customs clearance documents will be prepared and mailed to Indonesia;

3.2 清关代理收到扫描版清关文件，制作如下文件：

The customs clearance agent received a scanned version of the customs clearance documents and created the following files:

• draft PIB (草本进口税单）--供收货人单位检查并确认内容无误；

• Draft PIB (Herbal Import Tax Bill) - for the consignee's unit to check and confirm that the content is correct;

• 清关委托函(Surat kuasa)---由收货人单位用公司抬头纸打印、盖章签字，原件交给清关公司；

• Customs clearance authorization letter (Surat kuasa) - printed, stamped, and signed by the consignee on company letterhead, with the original submitted to

the customs clearance company；

• 工地清关申请（ijin timbun）---由收货人单位用公司抬头纸打印、盖章签字，原件交给清关公司。该步骤必须在海船到港前完成；

• Construction site customs clearance application (ijin timbun) - printed, stamped, and signed by the consignee on company letterhead paper, with the original

submitted to the customs clearance company. This step must be completed before the ship arrives at the port；

3.3 清关单据原件抵达印尼海关所在地后，根据确认无误的PIB，清关公司出具缴税文件E-billing，并由收货人凭PIB 和E-billing完成缴税。

After the original customs clearance documents arrive at the location of Indonesian customs, the customs clearance company issues a tax payment document E-

billing based on the confirmed PIB, and the consignee completes the tax payment with the PIB and E-billing.

3.4 完成缴税后，清关公司将所有清关单据及缴税凭证BPN提交海关办公室。海关系统在收货人完成缴税后，会显示出查验或者放行状态。

After completing the tax payment, the customs clearance company will submit all customs clearance documents and tax payment vouchers BPN to the customs

office. And the customs system will display the inspection or release status after the consignee completes tax payment.

• 绿灯，则海关在审核单据无误后，放行.

• Green, the customs will release it after verifying that the documents are correct

• 黄灯或红灯，则在海关审核单据无误后，查验货物。单货一致后放行。

• Yellow or red, the goods will be inspected after the customs verify that the documents are correct. Release the goods after they are consistent.

• 若海关在审核单据过程中认为货物货值申报有异议，则会通知收货人补提供上文1.2中的货值证明文件。审查无误后放行.

• If the customs deems there are objections to the declaration of the value of the goods during the document review process, they will notify the consignee to

supplement the proof of value. Release the goods after they are consistent.

1.集装箱Container
集装箱在SAMARINDA港口申报清关，付款，放行，正常
情况2-3天。
The container is declared for customs clearance,
payment, and release at the SAMARINDA port,
which normally takes 2-3 days.

2.散货船Bulk-cargo
散货船在开船前两周向海关申请目的地清关，待货物到达目
的地后通知海关来目的地查验。
The bulk carrier shall apply for customs clearance
at the destination two weeks before departure, and
notify the customs to inspect the destination after
the goods arrive.
